Hey! I’m Jill, a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing happens in sacred, soulful spaces. My style is equal parts grounded clinical presence and intuitive flow. I offer a warm, welcoming space for individuals, couples, and families to grow, heal, and reconnect—with themselves and each other.

I’m client-centered and deeply relational. I show up with honesty and care. I’m direct but not directive, always honoring your autonomy while gently supporting your growth. My work is rooted in solid clinical training and evidence-based practice, but I also believe in the power of the woo—crystals, energy, intuition, and the unseen forces that guide us toward deeper healing.

Boundaries are sacred in my practice. They create the container we need for authenticity, safety, and transformation. I work with people navigating identity, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and the mystery in between. My practice is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect and connection.
